Hi!! My name is Keith Clawson.   This web site contains my family trees.   I have been doing this research since the beginning of 1999.   I have the family pages on the different members in my tree, pictures of different relatives as well as pictures of their lives, and articles concerning the different families.  There are other items included that reflect my interests.

I have included my summary of the Clawson and Stewart histories which can be found in the article section.   Included in this are the results of DNA testing that I had performed.   There is also a list or research questions that I am working on presently.

ATTENTION:   If there is any male who has the Stewart surname, who is related to me, and wants to get tested, let me know.  These test results can be used to determine from which Stewart line from Scotland we descended.

Family History

Harry Alfred Clawson (1868-1924)

Briefly, my direct ancestors (parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc.) have lived in a 20 mile circle in Indiana County and the northern part of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania for almost 200 years.  This includes about every branch of the different families that exist in my family tree.  My ancestors were mostly Scottish, Welsh, and German.
